Job Developer for Waiver Services: Establishes recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives, builds applicant sources by contacting community services and maintaining rapport, determines applicant requirements by studying job qualifications and descriptions, attracts applicants by placing job advertisements, determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants and comparing qualifications to job requirements, arranges management interviews by coordinating schedules, escorting applicant to interviews, and arranging community tours.

WAIVER STAFF: Lonoke Exceptional Development Center is looking for a part-time staff for a male client (3PM-9PM Friday 11AM-4PM Sat. & Sun.) for our Waiver Supportive Living Program. This position includes working with those who have disabilities, in helping them live a more independent life.  Some lifting required.
